Located at 561 St. Anne’s Road near Bishop Grandin, there are two office spaces available at a high-traffic location. We are looking for a 3-5 year commitment from someone in a similar field of business.

Our offices are ideal for, but not limited to, counsellors, therapists, osteopaths, and physiotherapists. We are open to other types of service providers as well.

Our tenants benefit from the use of a wheelchair accessible building and washrooms, a large comfortable waiting room, front desk reception, on-site client parking and well maintained walkways and green space. We have an ATM on-site and a display area to market our tenants’ sales literature.
